Empower Veterans' Journeys

Synapse House is honored to be serve veterans that have sustained a traumatic brain injury or other neurological condition as a result of military service or through events following service.  Veterans may participate in our Life Skills Coaching program which provided 40-60 hours per month in the home and community where we aid veterans in improving their independence, rebuild social networks, provide service through volunteering, improve overall health and fitness through recreational activities or workouts and engage in meaningful household activities to support their families and children.  

Veterans may also attend our Clubhouse Day Program which provides a five-hour day program with a focus maximizing rehabilitation gains, preparation for return to work, implementing compensation skills to improve independence and enhancing quality of life.  

Funding is available for veterans that have served following 9/11.
