In partnership with the Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS), the Synapse House Employment team prepares individuals to return to work through skill development and job training. The employment team utilizes standardized assessments, curricular units, and work simulations to develop a customized experience for each individual. At the end of the program, the individual will be prepared for work in a field that matches their strengths and interests with the assistance of supported employment and job coaching. Synapse House also provides benefits assessment and education.
